Ephesians chapter 4, turn over there with me as we continue looking at this wonderful epistle the apostle Paul wrote to the church at Ephesus. We'll be looking at verses 22 through 24 of Ephesians chapter 4. I read about a church family in Swan Quarter, North Carolina during the 19th Century that had their eyes on a plot of land in their little town to build their church building. They really felt like that's where God wanted the building. And they inquired of the owner of the land and worked with the owner of the land, and he would just not relent. He was not selling it. He was not interested. He didn't want to talk about the sum of money. They prayed some more and felt that's like where they really needed to put their church. They inquired again and talked with the owner. He just would not relent. He would not hear it, would not give up the land.
